Lilith is a Chaos Mage positioned on the back line. Her strength comes from scaling throughout the battle: increasing her Health, sacrificing Health for Magic Attack and creating growing pressure as the fight continues.
Lilith places a demonic seal on the central enemy. It explodes, dealing Magic Damage to the target and nearby enemies. For every enemy hit and every allied Chaos hero on the battlefield, Lilith permanently increases both her current and maximum Health.
For 10 seconds, Lilith attacks twice with every basic attack. Her strikes also target the central enemy while dealing additional area Magic Damage, increasing her sustained battlefield pressure.
Lilith breathes flames toward the central enemy, damaging nearby opponents while reducing their Magic Defense for 8 seconds. This creates an important offensive window for allied Magic Damage dealers.
Whenever Lilith's Health is above 25%, she sacrifices 5% of her maximum Health before casting a skill. In return, she gains a temporary Magic Attack bonus based on the Health sacrificed. The bonus lasts 10 seconds.
Lilith is designed around surviving long enough for her mechanics to become increasingly difficult to contain.
Every Lilith ability scales from Magic Attack, making it the first Skin priority. Health development is also extremely important because Lilith needs survivability to continue scaling and her Health directly interacts with Underworld Seal and Sacrifice.
If Lilith receives another Magic Penetration or Health Skin in the future, it should immediately receive serious priority consideration.
Bring all five Glyphs to around Level 40 before pushing one significantly further, unless you are specifically working toward Skill Class progression.

One of Lilith's strongest interactions. Fire Breath lowers enemy Magic Defense while Xe'Sha's Deadly Ray naturally targets heroes with the lowest Magic Defense.
Lilith's sacrifices activate Xe'Sha's passive, granting Xe'Sha permanent Magic Attack. Spiritual Power can then share growing Magic Attack back to the team, strengthening Lilith further.
Pulling enemies toward the frontline can group targets together, allowing Underworld Seal to hit multiple enemies more consistently.
His vortex can gather the enemy team, creating stronger opportunities for Underworld Seal to hit several targets.
Aidan is highlighted as one of the heroes that can be paired with Lilith inside Chaos compositions built around longer scaling battles.
Underworld Seal gains additional Health-growth value for every allied Chaos hero on the battlefield, reinforcing Lilith's natural connection to Chaos compositions.
His ability to steal Energy can delay Lilith's Ultimate, slowing down the snowball mechanics that make her more threatening as the battle continues.
Rufus can absorb the overwhelming majority of Lilith's Magic Damage, forcing Chaos compositions into longer and less efficient fights.
When Lilith attacks Lian with an offensive ability, Lian's Charm can interrupt Lilith's aggression and break her offensive rhythm.
Cleaver can pull Lilith from the safety of the back line directly toward the frontline, exposing her before she has enough time to scale.
Lilith is built around becoming stronger as a battle lasts. She is not designed around immediate elimination of the enemy.
Every cast of Underworld Seal can increase her Health. Sacrifice turns part of that Health into offensive power. Fire Breath weakens enemy Magic Defense, while Demonic Fury increases her sustained pressure.
Her interaction with Xe'Sha pushes that scaling even further, while Chaos allies can increase the value Lilith receives from Underworld Seal.
If you build Lilith around survivability, scaling and Magic Damage, she can become increasingly difficult to stop as the fight progresses.
